These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. This website and all products sold on it are offered by Kevin Trudeau Fan Club LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.

1. Products and Pre-Orders

The Nuggets of Gold Hardcover Edition is sold on a pre-order basis. Pre-orders are charged at the time you place your order. Books are expected to begin shipping in October 2026. Shipping dates are estimates and may change; if there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order ships by emailing support@kevintrudeaufanclub.com.

Any additional products you add to your order (such as the Your Wish Is Your Command Hardcover Edition) are subject to these same Terms. Your Wish Is Your Command is in stock and ships right away, separately from your Nuggets of Gold pre-order.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• Please include your name, the email address used for the order, and your order details so we can locate your purchase.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Refund requests received more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible under this guarantee.
• Pre-orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund at any time, as described in Section 1.

4. Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the number of books, and whether you add the Your Wish Is Your Command Hardcover Edition. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

5. Disclaimer of Results
